Ice Hockey

Head Coach: Ryan Bogan (2nd season)

History:  The CBA Ice Hockey Team is one of the top high school programs in the state and is continually ranked nationally in the top 20.  Early in the programs history, the Colts Ice Hockey team was under the tutiledge of Bob Smith when they won their first state championship in 1983 and its first Gordon Conference Championship in 1991.
In 1993, Mike Reynolds took over the reigns and the program took off with great success.  In 1994, 95, 96 CBA won the State Championship, Gordon Cup, and Shore A North Championship.  The Ice Hockey Team has won the Shore Conference A North Championship every year that it has participated since 1994.  In 2005 with new assistant coach Ryan Bogan, CBA's Ice Hockey Team won another State Championship, and 2006, Reynolds last season, captured the Gordon Conference Championship.
In 2007, the program named CBA alum Ryan Bogan as head coach.  He led the Colts to a 19-4-2 record and was the only team to defeat the eventual state champions of NJ (Delbarton) and Pennsylvania (LaSalle Prep).

2008/2009 Season Outlook:  The 08-09 Colts lost 8 seniors to graduation, but have 10 returning varsity players.  This season we look to avenge our state semi-final loss to St. Augustine, and make it to the final at "THE ROCK" or Prudential Center.
