All families may apply for financial aid beginning February 1st. Applications will be available directly through your FACTS account. A family may apply for financial aid once their son has been accepted, registered at CBA, and his FACTS account has been activated. You must reapply every academic year for financial aid.
Incoming Freshmen Families:
Incoming freshmen must enroll with FACTS before Registration Day (usually the third week in January). Please print the FACTS confirmation page and present it on Registration Day. Further information on freshmen registration will be conveyed to you by the Admissions department.
The $1,000 tuition deposit you are required to set up will not be withdrawn from your account until Registration Day.
All upperclassmen will be automatically re-enrolled with FACTS Management. You will receive an email confirmation from FACTS in April confirming your new active agreement for the upcoming 2015/2016 school year. Please do not create a new FACTS account.
A tuition deposit of $1,000 will be withdrawn from upperclassmen accounts only on May 15 as freshmen paid that deposit at registration.

Since FACTS Management will be activating the new agreements in April, a one time Non-refundable FACTS fee will be withdrawn from your designated account. If you have made the decision to withdraw your son at the end of this school year, please inform our Main Office before April to avoid the deduction.
