Finance and Tuition

All upperclassmen will be automatically re-enrolled with FACTS Management. You will receive an email confirmation from FACTS in April confirming your new active agreement for the upcoming 2013/2014 school year.

Incoming freshmen are already enrolled with FACTS and will receive the same email confirming their active agreement for the upcoming 2013/2014 school year in April as well.

A tuition deposit of $1,000 will be withdrawn from upperclassmen accounts only on May 15 as freshmen paid that deposit at registration.

• If you need to make changes to your bank account e.g., credit card, checking, or savings, please call FACTS direct at 1-866-441-4637, once your agreement becomes active.
• If you need to change your payment plan schedule, please call CBA Finance at 732-747-1959 ext 215, once your agreement becomes active.
• Please DO NOT create a new FACTS account.

Since FACTS Management will be activating the new agreements in April, a one time Non-refundable FACTS fee will be withdrawn from your designated account. If you have made the decision to withdraw your son at the end of this school year, please let our Main Office know before April to avoid the deduction.

Please remember that all familes must enroll with FACTS Management to complete the registration process at CBA for the upcoming 2013-2014 school year. Please be sure to print the confirmation page, as you will need to present it a registration.
 

All Families Desiring Financial Aid:

For the 2013-14 Financial Aid assessment process, we have employed the services of FACTS Management Co., the same company that we use for tuition collection. For reference purposes, attached is an introductory letter and flyer offering insight to the Financial Aid assessment process. Since you should already have a sign-in for the FACTS tuition process, you can use the same user name and password for the Financial Aid process.
