Students in today’s world have the potential to access a wider range of information than ever before. At CBA, the Library’s main focus is presenting them with the ability to harness this information in meaningful ways. It plays a crucial role in connecting students to the world of information at their fingertips, enabling them to be active, engaged, and most of all intelligent users of information.

Working in collaboration with teachers and administrators, Mrs. Barbara Britton passes on her expertise to students who learn to become skillful consumers and producers of information from various sources and formats. From reference books and analytical texts to online databases and e-books, the Library provides avenues of access to the world beyond its walls. At the same time, it strives to convey the importance of filtering information and of evaluating the merits of competing claims and ideas.

The Library exists within all disciplines and often transcends them, providing students with the necessary tools and knowledge to continue learning throughout their lives.
