Become a "future colt"
Built originally on a horse farm in 1959, with the earliest school building housed in a converted stable, Christian Brothers celebrates its humble beginnings by referring to its students as the "Colts." Now you can share in our tradition with the "Future Colts" program.
The "Future Colts" program allows prospective 8th grade students to get a glimpse of what a typical day is like at CBA. The prospective student is escorted around campus by a Freshman Host to several of his classes and is able to get a better idea of what the classes, atmosphere and student engagement are like at The Academy.
For more detailed information, download the online information sheet on the right side of this page. To schedule a "Future Colt" visit, you must first complete the online Admissions Application. After that, you will be able to request a visit from your online parent portal.
We have limited spaces and therefore cannot guarantee a "Future Colt" visit for all prospective students. This program is meant for those students who are undecided and need a more in-depth look at CBA to make a decision, so we please ask that you only schedule a visit if your son is on the fence with his decision. If your son already knows that he wants to attend CBA, we kindly ask that you leave these limited spots open for those who truly need it. We do provide an excused absence note to give to your current school at the end of your son's visit.
