Admissions Process

We understand that your son’s high school education is an important decision for your family and we appreciate that you are considering Christian Brothers Academy.

As we review each applicant for admission, we take a comprehensive and holistic approach. While an assessment of each individual’s academic record is paramount in our process, we also look at the less tangible strengths of our prospective students – commitment to personal interests and activities and their demonstrated willingness to embrace a rigorous education. We know that the application process can seem daunting and we want to help. 

Admissions Application Dates

Students interested in attending CBA submit an application in the fall of their 8th grade school year. The dates below are for those prospective 9th grade Colts who would begin CBA in the Fall of 2027.

Entrance Exam Fall 2026 October 24th & November 14th
Student Application Due November 24th
Financial Aid Application Due November 24th
School Transcripts, Report, and Teacher Recommendation Due December 4th

 

Enrollment Dates

Applicants receive their decision notification in December. The dates below are for those prospective 9th grade Colts who would begin CBA in the Fall of 2027.

Decision Notification Mid-December 2026
Enrollment Deadline & $450 Non-Refundable Enrollment Fee Due February 12, 2027
$1,000 Non-Refundable Tuition Deposit Due March 12, 2027
2027-2028 School Year Tuition Plans Begin July/August 2027
