Built originally on a horse farm in 1959, with the earliest school building housed in a converted stable, Christian Brothers Academy celebrates its humble beginnings by referring to its students as the “Colts.” Now you can share in our tradition by joining the Future Colt program.
Spaces for Future Colt visits are limited, and we cannot guarantee a Future Colt visit for all interested students. We kindly ask that you only schedule a Future Colt visit if your son is still undecided on his high school selection. If your son has already decided on attending CBA, we kindly ask that you refrain from requesting a visit so we may provide for those who truly need it.
The Future Colt program is available following the CBA Entrance Exam through mid-April. If you are interested in a Future Colt visit, please first complete our online Admission Application. Afterwards, you will receive a link to schedule a Future Colt visit.
CBA Freshmen have applied and been selected by faculty members to be a Future Colt host. Your son will be matched with a student who shares similar interests or who is from the same previous school/town.
Please recognize that we do not take requests for hosts.
The applicant will be contacted the night before the visit by his freshman host, who will introduce himself and briefly detail what your son can expect on his visit.
Our dress code is an adapted “business casual.” Your son should wear a dress or collared shirt with neat and comfortable dress pants and dress/business casual shoes. Jacket and tie are optional. Please no jeans, shorts or cargo pants.
You will need to complete the Emergency Release Form to schedule a visit. This form can be found on the online portal after completing the Application for Admission. **Please note: No student will be permitted to participate in the Future Colt program without completing this form.
Future Colt visits may be scheduled on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays after the CBA Entrance Exam. There is limited availability, and we are unable to guarantee a space for every student interested.
