William A. Basso ’80
William Anthony Basso, Jr., 60, of Manalapan, NJ, passed away on May 4, 2023, having left an indelible mark in the film industry with contributions to iconic films like “Edward Scissorhands” and “Jurassic Park”. Born in Brooklyn in 1962, William’s artistic journey was deeply influenced by his parents, eventually leading him to LA to pursue a career as a sculptor, painter, and special effects makeup artist. Kevin Christopher Dolan, 75, of Interlaken, NJ, passed away peacefully on August 2, 2023, surrounded by his loving family. With a legacy spanning a distinguished naval career, academia, and business, Kevin is remembered for his vibrant personality, storytelling, and dedication to family. He leaves behind a devoted wife of 53 years, four children, eight grandchildren, step-granddaughters, and a sister, having deeply impacted all their lives.

Philip G. Foti ’86
Philip Gerard Foti, born December 8, 1967, in Summit, New Jersey, passed away at 55 in Delray Beach, Florida, on March 11, 2023. Remembered for his enthusiasm and entrepreneurial spirit, Philip led successful businesses for over 25 years and was deeply committed to acts of kindness, especially towards the less fortunate. He is survived by his wife Csilla, parents Dr. Philip and Marie Foti, siblings, and several nieces and nephews, and is now reunited in heaven with his son, Roman Philip Foti.

Robert J. Harkins, 72, of South Plainfield, passed away on January 3, 2023. A Seton Hall graduate and professional with a passion for Star Wars, model building, and reading, Robert’s most cherished moments included celebrating his 70th birthday at Walt Disney World with his daughter, Emily. He is survived by his wife Anne, daughter Emily, seven siblings, and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family; donations in his memory can be made to the Arthritis Foundation

Adam Richard Kokas, 52, of Ridgefield, was a respected legal professional, serving as Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary for Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings for nearly 17 years. A proud Rutgers University Men’s Basketball supporter, he was also known for his passions including travel, golf, and reading. He leaves behind his beloved wife Trisha, son Hayden, parents John and Beverly, sisters Carly and Jessie, and a close-knit extended family.

Joseph J. Marchetti ’85
Joseph J. Marchetti, 55, of Port Monmouth, affectionately known as “The Beast” and “T Bred Joe”, passed away unexpectedly on February 7, 2023. Raised in Atlantic Highlands and a graduate of Christian Brothers Academy, Joe was passionate about sports, especially the Raiders, and enjoyed bowling, golf, darts, and cruise vacations. A beloved figure in many lives, he was known as “Uncle Beast” to many children, loved karaoke, animals, and supported the SPCA, leaving behind a legacy of close-knit friendships and cherished memories.

Peter Joseph Nagle, 64, of Little Silver, NJ, was a revered figure in the New Jersey swimming community and co-founder of the New Jersey Race Club swim team. A Wharton School graduate and dedicated family man, he transitioned from a Wall Street career to impactful local business endeavors. He leaves behind his beloved wife, Jo, their children, and a legacy that will long be cherished by all who knew him.

Edward C. Puth Jr., 70, a Newark, NJ native and proud alumni of CBA class of 1970, was a dedicated member of the Shrewsbury Hose Co. #1 and the Eatontown Elks #2402. With a passion for drag racing, boating, and cheering on his grandchildren in their varied sports, he held family close, leaving behind his wife, children, grandchildren, and siblings. Edward’s legacy of love and commitment will be forever remembered by those fortunate to have known him. Thomas P. Tidcombe ’76
Thomas Tidcombe passed away on February 13, 2023. Tom was born in Newark, and raised in Neptune. He attended Holy Innocents School, and Christian Brothers Academy in Lincroft. He worked for the New Jersey Turnpike Authority for many years, and most recently for Centurion Shield Protection Services of Barnegat. He was a lifelong Yankees fan, loved going to concerts and playing golf. He is survived by his wife Laurie (Faber) Tidcombe and his two children Daniel and Jessica.
