After writing an article about his classroom ritual, Edutopia interviewed Mr. Henry Seton and his sophomore World History students about their “Daily Dedication” exercise.
Each day, a student dedicates the class to someone important in his life or someone he believes should be recognized.
“It helps bring a tighter, more warm classroom culture. It brings trust, it brings laughter sometimes. It really helps build camaraderie,” Seton says.
