HUBER, JACOUTOT NAMED FEBRUARY STUDENT ATHLETES

Christian Brothers Academy Athletics is pleased to announce that Joe Huber ’17 (Varsity Swimming) and Tim Jacoutot ’17 (Varsity Track) are the February Student Athletes of the Month, sponsored by Tinton Falls Orthopedic & Sports Physical Therapy.
Joe Huber | Varsity Swimming | Senior | Holmdel, N.J.
The Rundown
Huber completed his four-year CBA Swimming career by winning four events at both the Monmouth County and Shore Conference Championships. Huber won the 200 & 100 Free, 200 Medley Relay and 400 Free Relay at the Monmouth County meet and the 200 Free, 200 Medley Relay, 200 and 400 Free Relay at the Shore Conference meet. He also won the 100 Freestyle in the state final vs. St. Augustine Prep. Huber will be attending Lehigh University on a swimming scholarship next fall.

Tim Jacoutot | Varsity Track | Senior | Colts Neck, N.J.
The Rundown
Jacoutot had a terrific championship season for the indoor track team. He won the individual state championship in the 400 meter dash event and finished second in the 55 meter high hurdles, helping the Colts to their seventh straight state title. He also notched a third place finish in the 55 meter high hurdles at the Meet of Champions. Jacoutot had set two new school records by season’s end, in the 55 meter high hurdles and 300 meter dash.
