2022 Spring Lake-Ocean-RFH Charter Bus Sign-up Form

CBA has secured a Charter Bus for the Spring Lake/Ocean/RFH districts. In order to accomodate districts that are not bussing we have designated central stops to help as many families as possible.

6:40 AM – Good Sports, Rt. 138 Wall
7:00 AM – Monmouth Mall (Macy’s Parking lot by Chili’s Restaurant)
7:25 AM – Fair Haven Field, Fair Haven

After school drop off locations are as follows:

1st Good Sports
2nd Monmouth Mall (Macy’s Parking lot by Chili’s Restaurant)
3rd Fair Haven Field, Fair Haven

The cost for the bus service is $1,900 for the year, $100 to be paid now and remaining balance of $1,800 will be withdrawn from the FACTS account on January 16, 2023.

Please bear in mind that this is a one-year financial commitment, even if your son will only use the bus for the first semester. Signing the attached form and submitting your deposit indicates your understanding of this commitment, and your willingness to have the remaining balance of $1,800 withdrawn by FACTS from your designated tuition account.
