Br. Peter Lagonowicz, Rest In Peace

Dear CBA Community,

Brother Peter Lagonowicz passed away peacefully at the Brothers’ House on January 2, 2018 at the age of 87. Brother Peter entered the Brothers of the Christian Schools in 1948, and served as a teacher and administrator at several schools. In 1995, Brother Peter went to Poland, where he trained the new Brothers. In 2006, Brother Peter returned to the United States and was assigned to Christian Brothers Academy.

For twelve years, Brother Peter enjoyed working in the Quinn Library as Mrs. Britton’s assistant and helping with the Lectors at Daily Mass. Each week, he looked forward to moderating the Gospel Sharing Group with the seniors. The CBA community was blessed to have Brother Peter with us, and we will keep him in our prayers.
