Continuing with our New Faculty Spotlights, meet the newest addition to the English Department, Mr. Christopher Amnott.

Amnott joins us from Oak Hill Academy and brings a wealth of experience, having also taught at both the high school and college levels. With an M.A. in English and Thesis from Seton Hall University, he’s passionate about helping his students become better critical thinkers, sound writers, and effective communicators.

We are happy to have Amnott on our faculty team and are excited to see his students grow throughout the school year.

The first weekend of October is always a big one for us at the Academy and the CBA Digital Network team sets us up for what will be an awesome Sunday on campus!

We’re excited to host our first of two Open House sessions on Sunday, October 6th from Noon to 3 p.m. As always, prospective families will be able to see and hear what makes the Academy experience so unique.

We are thrilled to have Mr. Seth Hiler join our bu

We are thrilled to have Mr. Seth Hiler join our budding Visual Arts Department!

Hiler holds a Masters of Fine Arts from the New York Academy of Art and a Bachelor of Arts from Syracuse University, bringing an impressive background of experience as he joins us from Bard High School Early College Newark.

Our students - as early as freshman year - now have the chance to work with Hiler and explore their creative talents, possibly even finding a new passion. This year, he is teaching Freshman Visual Arts, Basics of Drawing, Introduction to Painting and Mix Media Sculpture.

Prospective families will have the opportunity to meet Hiler, speak to students, and learn more about CBA Visual Arts at Open House, this Sunday, October 6th.
