Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA)
One of CBA’s most popular student groups remains the FBLA Club. The purpose of this group is to discover and learn about different career opportunities in the world of business.
The club takes a hands-on approach to exploring business practices, bringing in guest speakers, taking an annual trip to Wall Street and running a popular stock market game. Many of the guest speakers are well-known businessmen, who offer to help CBA students in any way possible. The students in the FBLA learn about the importance of good networking as they look forward to college and beyond.
FBLA meets two to three times per month and students must attend four or more meetings to be considered a member in good standing. FBLA runs a club election for officers during April.
